Drone Spray Pro – Return & Refund Policy

Effective April 2025

At Drone Spray Pro, we’re committed to delivering professional-grade agricultural drones and equipment with unmatched quality and service. Because our systems are highly specialized and often valued at $30,000 or more, we’ve established the following return policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

Return Eligibility

- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

- Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee & Shipping

- A 20% restocking fee applies only to eligible returns of in-stock items that have been shipped and delivered.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance or freight fees.

- All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured method to ensure safe arrival.

- Customer is responsible for all return freight charges on refused deliveries, undeliverable shipments, or buyer-requested cancellations after dispatch.

Order Cancellation Policy (Pre-Shipment)

Some products listed on our website are subject to manufacturer lead times that can range from 5 to 10 weeks, depending on availability and production schedules. While we do our best to provide accurate stock information, some delays are outside of our control.

If you are concerned about the lead time for a specific product, please contact us prior to placing your order at (208) 425-2990 to confirm current availability and estimated shipping timelines.

Important:

If you choose to cancel an order before it ships due to a delay or change of mind, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the non-refundable credit card and payment processing fees along with Shopify fees we incur at the time of purchase.

We do not profit from this charge—it simply offsets costs passed on to us by the payment processor and Shopify.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, freight is already in motion and we are billed regardless of any cancellation request. In many cases we must still take delivery, intercept, redirect, or return freight at additional cost.

Shipping Damage

All shipments from Drone Spray Pro are fully insured.

If your order arrives damaged:

- Report the damage immediately to the shipping carrier.

- Notify us promptly so we can assist you in filing a claim and arranging a resolution.

Warranty Claims, Defects, Crashes & Equipment Failures

Drone Spray Pro is a dealer, distributor, and service provider for various manufacturers. Warranty coverage, warranty eligibility, repair authorization, replacement authorization, and defect determinations are ultimately made by the manufacturer, not Drone Spray Pro.

In the event of a suspected product defect, crash, flyaway, equipment failure, battery issue, in-flight incident, or warranty claim:

- Customers must preserve all available equipment, components, batteries, payloads, flight controllers, memory cards, and related materials for inspection.

- Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, flight logs, diagnostic files, serial numbers, or other information requested by Drone Spray Pro or the manufacturer.

- The manufacturer may require the equipment or components to be shipped to an authorized service center for evaluation prior to any warranty determination.

- Drone Spray Pro cannot guarantee warranty coverage until the manufacturer has completed its investigation and issued a determination.

Drone Spray Pro does not provide free replacement units, loaner units, rental units, advance replacements, credits, refunds, or exchanges while a warranty claim, repair claim, crash investigation, or manufacturer review is pending.

Any repair, replacement, credit, reimbursement, or warranty coverage will be subject to the manufacturer's findings, policies, and final approval.

Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and acceptance of the returned item.

- Restocking fees, shipping charges, insurance costs, and payment processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.

Final Notes

To date, Drone Spray Pro has never had a physical return, a testament to our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. This policy is in place to ensure a smooth and fair process should a return ever be necessary.
