Drone Spray Pro uses Wyllo, formerly NoFraud, to help prevent fraudulent orders and unauthorized payment use.

What is Wyllo?

Wyllo is a fraud prevention service that reviews online orders. If an order needs a closer look, their team may contact the customer to confirm the purchase.

Why did Wyllo email, call, or text me?

Your order needs an additional verification step. Wyllo is checking that the person who placed it is authorized to use the payment method.

What do I need to do?

Follow the verification instructions in Wyllo’s message. Once you’ve confirmed the purchase, you usually don’t need to do anything else unless their team requests more information.

Will Wyllo ask for personal information?

Wyllo may request information needed to verify your purchase. They will never ask for your full credit card number or Social Security number.

If you’re unsure whether a message is legitimate, contact Drone Spray Pro before responding.

Will verification delay my order?

An order that needs verification may take longer to process while the review is completed. Responding promptly helps avoid additional delays.

What if I didn’t place this order?

Let Wyllo and Drone Spray Pro know that you did not authorize the purchase. Contact your card issuer or payment provider and check your account for other unfamiliar charges.
